In My Memories Barely Hanging On
Well, it looks like In My Memories is hanging on by a thread.
After careful consideration this weekend, it looks like we're going to give In My Memories another month or two before we pull the proverbial plug.
Again, it's not because we think the idea behind In My Memories isn't a good one (we actually think it's a really good idea), but we're just not sure if we can put in the necessary time to get this to the point where we want it needs to be.
So, we're going to try our best to get something up and running soon.
I'll keep you posted.

Hey Brian!
I was sorry to read your blog today. Sometimes you just need to go for it without banging your head to get things done perfectly (i.e. business plan, etc.). Start the creative process of getting the website up and running and let the other things fall into place as you gain the experience. I have not done a business plan or created a budget or any of the other things that professionals would probably say are critical to getting a business going yet I have made a salary (for 13 years) and the year before last was actually able to take a distribution of profits from my business. The sweat that I put into creating "perfect" material didn't look very good at all a year later. Things change, perspectives change and experience changes your product and you. Don't look for perfection - perfection is probably a form of procrastination! Get things done down and dirty but at least get it done. Tweak things when it becomes time to tweak things! I hope that you will stop preparing and just start doing!!!
